AMICUS CURIAE.
JFMO SERVICIOS EN INTERMEDIACIÓN PÚBLICA, ORGANIZACIÓN CONSULTIVA ESPECIAL DEL CONSEJO ECONÓMICO Y SOCIAL DE LAS NACIONES UNIDAS, COMPARTE SU OPINIÓN CONFORME AL ARTÍCULO 19 DE LA DECLARACIÓN UNIVERSAL DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS, A TRAVÉS DEL AMICUS CURIAE ANTE LA CORTE SUPREMA DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA:
As head of JFMO Public Intermediation Services, Special Consultative Organization of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, we allow ourselves to make use of the AMICUS CURIAE to issue an opinion on the lawsuit filed by the Government of the United Mexican States (Mexico) vs. the Arms Industry (armouries).
The Mexican Government has tried to blame the arms industry and gun shops for their irresponsibility in giving the people sufficient means for optimal development and social well-being, allowing CRIME as the only option for survival, under adverse conditions sustained by informality and illegality, demarcated his RESPONSIBILITY as Governor by blaming the arms industry and gun shops for trading their products, when the Government of Mexico together with the Government of the United States of America should establish effective policies to combat arms and people trafficking without forgetting the transfer of drugs, both parties falling into irresponsibility and impunity in their character as Governors. The Arms Industry and gun shops have no responsibility since their activity is LEGAL and they have no responsibility for acts that may be committed by people who buy their products. We must remember that the Government of Mexico has always lacked a BORDER GUARD, with responsibility falling on its Armed Forces, which are often linked to Organized Crime. Given the irresponsibility of both GOVERNMENTS in the protection of their border lines, since the transfer of drugs, the trafficking of arms and people is caused by the existing corruption by the border authorities of the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Mexico, this trial should be annulled and for obvious reasons proceed given the irresponsibility of both countries for not establishing common and joint strategies to combat organized crime in the modalities of drug transfer and arms and people trafficking.
